Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga.
INSIDE FLOW YOGA
Inside Flow has different sequences with slow, fast, upbeat, relaxing songs starting from Hip Hop to pop music. It is an evolution of Vinyasa Yoga.
Internal flow yoga is a way to reshape one’s body, mind, and spirit. It’s a healing process from the outside in: starting with regulating breath to achieve muscle adjustment, influencing the flow of energy within the organs. The whole process is a purification and reshaping journey.
Music is an indispensable part of internal flow, allowing the body to practice along with the music, much like expressing oneself, composing, and feeling at ease.
Throughout the process, it’s about dwelling in that moment, engaging in self-dialogue. This achieves a state similar to meditation, releasing all low-frequency energies from the mind, such as fear, self-blame, and anxiety, awakening inner peace, joy, and love.

内观流中音乐是不可缺少的一部分,让身体随着音乐一起习练,如同让身体在表达,在作曲一般悠然自得。
整个过程中,就是我们安住于那一刻,与自我沟通对话。这样达到类似冥想的状态,释放心中的所有低频能量,例如恐惧、自责、焦虑等等,唤醒内在的平和、喜悦与爱的状态。
